Zucchini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh zucchini
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini, slice thin.
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet.
    Add onion; saute until golden.
    Add zucchini, sprinkle with salt. Toss.
    Cover.
    Braise about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Yield: 4 servings.
