White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil or margarine
    1/4 c. honey or sugar
    2 Tbsp. or packets active dry yeast
    7 to 8 c. King Arthur unbleached flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mixing:
    Combine the water, milk and oil in a saucepan and heat until lukewarm.
    Pour into mixing bowl and add honey or sugar, yeast, 2 cups flour, then salt.
    Beat the mixture for 2 minutes by hand or electric mixer.
    Stirring with a large spoon, gradually add flour until the dough pulls away cleanly from sides of the bowl.
