Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    2/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1-1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Whip eggs and sugar in bowl.
    Add sweet potatoes, salt and allspice and beat again.
    Stir in lemon juice, milk and chopped pecans.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes, then change temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer.
