Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 c. celery soup
1 soup can water
4 pork chops
1 large bell pepper
1 c. mushroom soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Brown chops in oil.
Remove.
Add onion, pepper and celery. Saute until just wilted.
Add soups and water.
Return chops to skillet.
Add mushrooms.
Stir and mix well.
Simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice.
