Delicious Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 packet cheese mix (from macaroni and cheese box)
    1/2 to 1 stick melted margarine
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat soup, sour cream, cheese, cheese mix, margarine and milk.
    Add potatoes.
    Pour into 3-quart oblong pan.
    Top with extra cheese and buttered cracker crumbs. Casserole can be refrigerated for 1 hour.
    I have used regular potatoes in this recipe.
    Boil 12 potatoes whole for 25 minutes. Remove skins and dice up.
