Green Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can small peas, drained
    1 small onion, cut into rings
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine green beans and peas and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients, blending well.
    Stir in vegetable mixture.
    Cover. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Stir occasionally. Serves 8 to 10 people.
