Double Good Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 shakes of Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper, hot sauce, onion and cheese in large bowl. Fold in macaroni.
    Spoon into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly 45 minutes.
    You can add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard instead of hot sauce for variation.
