Bob Andy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients, then add butter, beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Fold in the egg whites.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done.
