Menudo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bulto de pansa *
    1 medium whole onion
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1 tsp. each whole cominos and peppercorns
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    *This is
    an 8 x 8 x 12-inch block of beef tripe, about 3 to 4 pounds.
