Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa. Add the buttermilk, oil, food coloring, vinegar and eggs. Pour into 3 (9-inch) sprayed pans. Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
