Melt In The Mouths - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream butter and add sugar, vanilla and egg.
    Then beat until light.
    Add sifted flour, dry ingredients and nuts.
    Mix lightly.
    Drop scant teaspoon onto a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
