Chicken Taquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 (10 count) pkg. corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Spoon chicken onto tortillas.
    Top with cheese.
    Roll up tightly.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Chill, sealed in plastic bag in refrigerator.
    Deep fry until crisp.
    Drain.
    Serve with guacamole or salsa.
