Oven Chipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, thinly sliced (do not peel)
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a shallow baking dish, arrange potato slices in layers. Melt oleo in small saucepan; add onion, salt and pepper.
    Brush or pour oleo mixture on potato slices.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are crisp and brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
