Ingredients

1 jalapeno
1/2 tsp. salt
tomatoes

Preparation

Press peeled tomatoes into pint jar; add 1 jalapeno pepper (split), add salt.
Seal jar.
Place in pressure cooker.
Bring pressure up to 5; turn stove off.
