Turkey Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. raw rice, washed
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix turkey, rice, onion soup mix and pepper.
    Form into small balls.
    Brown in oil, turning frequently, until lightly browned. Using large pan, pour sauce and water into pan; add the meatballs and cover.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
    The rice will stick out from the meatballs when done.
