Committee'S Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. corned beef
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. carrots
    5 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    peppercorns
Preparation
    Cover corned beef with water.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add vegetables and simmer until done.
    Slice corned beef thin; serve with horseradish, if you prefer.
