Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
6 large potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place butter on large jelly roll pan. Heat in oven until melted; set aside.
Pare potatoes and quarter lengthwise.
In a large plastic bag, combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
Shake to coat.
Place potatoes in butter on pan. Cook 1 hour and turn halfway through cooking.
Serves 6.
