One Pan Ham Leftover Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. leftover chopped ham, chopped in large chunks
    1 large can chopped potatoes (canned or fresh)
    1 medium can corn
    1 small or medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter and vegetable oil
    4 to 5 slices American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry potatoes and onion in butter and vegetable oil in large skillet, until browned.
    Add ham, corn, salt and pepper.
    Stir well, cooking on medium, 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Lay sliced cheese over top of skillet and cover for 5 minutes.
    Uncover and fold cheese into dish with wooden spoon.
    Serves 4.
