Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease shallow 9-inch round baking dish.
    Drain and squeeze out excess moisture from spinach.
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour, nutmeg and salt.
    Blend thoroughly and turn into greased dish. Bake 45 minutes or until firm and puffy.
    Serves 4 to 6.
