Ma'S Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine chuck, onion, bread crumbs, egg, sour cream, catsup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well.
    Spoon mixture in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
