Chicken And Seasoned Flour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic seasoning
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 whole frying chickens
    2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. beer
Preparation
    Prepare seasoned flour.
    Skin chicken and cut into serving size pieces.
    Dredge well in seasoned flour.
    In heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, melt margarine or butter.
    Add chicken pieces and brown in batches if necessary on all sides.
    When brown, transfer to roasting pan with tight fitting cover.
    Pour beer over chicken.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is very tender.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
