Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. sharp cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 Tbsp. oregano
1 can crescent rolls
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Spread crescent rolls into the bottom of a pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle sausage into pie pan.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, oregano, salt and pepper.
Beat with a fork.
Pour mixture into pie pan.
Bake about 40 minutes or until eggs are done.
