Buttermilk Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
In separate small bowl, mix oil, vanilla, buttermilk and water.
Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 30 to 35 minutes or until done (top springs back).
