Peach Crumbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 sliced peaches
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Arrange peaches into buttered 8-inch baking dish or pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches; blend together flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter until consistency of coarse meal.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6, with vanilla ice cream.
