Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 c. flour sifted
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder and baking soda.
    Mix flour mixture with first 4 ingredients and add mashed banana and chopped nuts.
    Pour into cupcake molds and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
