Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. prepared fruit (2 lb.)
    3 3/4 c. water and 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice
    5 1/2 c. sugar (2 lb.)
    1 pouch Certo fruit pectin
Preparation
    Prepare fruit (approximately 2 pounds cranberries), 3 1/4 cups water and 1/4 cup vinegar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes; add spices.
    Measure 7 1/2 cups fruit into a 6 or 8-quart saucepan.
