Chocolate Dipped Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
4 c. whole almonds, pecan halves or walnut halves
Preparation

Stirring constantly, melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Add about 1 cup nuts to chocolate, stirring to coat well.
Remove nuts individually with fork. Place on waxed paper.
Repeat with remaining nuts.
Allow chocolate to harden.
Store in a cool place (don't refrigerate). Yields 4 cups nuts.
