Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, separated
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine lettuce, cauliflower and onion.
Top with bacon. Combine mayo, cheese and sugar and frost top of salad.
Cover bowl and store in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Toss before serving.
