Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. (2 1/2 lb.) peeled potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. onion powder
    paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water until tender; drain.
    Mash potatoes, stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper.
    Mash until light and fluffy.
    Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.
    Serves 10 to 12.
