Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    12 or more maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar until smooth.
    Add rice, drained pineapple, cherries and marshmallows.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Mix well; add 1/2 cup nuts, if desired.
    Chill.
