Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. (mild or medium) Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel, diced
Preparation
    Put in 3-quart Pyrex dish with lid on and microwave for 6 minutes.
    Stir and put back in for 3 minutes.
    Uncover, remove and stir again.
    Cool to room temperature with lid on.
    Serve with veggies, chips or crackers.
    Also good on baked potatoes.
