Berry Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups berries (raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (for blueberries only)
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2/3 cup oats
1/3 cup softened margarine
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Spread berries in square glass dish, 8x8x2-inch.
Sprinkle with juice.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over berries. Microwave uncovered on high 7-10 minutes or until berries are hot and bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
May be baked in conventional oven 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
I have also made this with no margarine, and it is good for those on a low-fat diet.
