Chess Pie Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. instant Cream of Wheat
    6 eggs, well beaten
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bring milk and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add instant Cream of Wheat to milk and sugar mixture and stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Slowly add 6 eggs (well beaten) and beat while adding.
    Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
    Serve cool.
