Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 head romaine lettuce
    1 oz. thinly sliced red onion
    1/2 oz. pimentos, sliced
    6 pieces artichoke heart
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 to 6 oz. salad dressing (4 parts olive oil + 1 part vinegar)
Preparation
    Break lettuce into desired pieces.
    Chill with remaining ingredients.
    Add dressing, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve chilled.
