Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    3 c. mixed unsalted nuts
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo (light or dark)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, vanilla and baking soda
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, combine corn and nuts.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven while preparing glaze.
    In heavy 2-quart saucepan, stir sugar, Karo, margarine and salt.
    Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
    Without stirring, boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour over warm popcorn and nuts; stir to coat well.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
    Cool; break apart.
    Store tightly covered.
