Farm Baked Ham Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices center cut cured ham, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
    1 tsp. powdered mustard
    4 to 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    milk (to cover) about 2 c.
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix (for 2 crusts)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 (8 lb.) canned ham
    1 egg, beaten
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine dry pie crust mix with mustard and sage.
    Prepare according to package directions.
    Roll pastry into 16 to 17-inch square.
    Drain ham and wipe dry.
    Place in center of pastry.
    Wrap as you would a package. Moisten edges with cold water and press together firmly to seal.
    Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
    Brush with egg.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake one hour, or until browned.
