Twenty Minute Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, diced
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 large tomato, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can Northern beans
    1/2 bouillon cube
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil vegetables until tender in 1/2-cup water.
    Save the water and add 1 can chicken broth; add Northern beans, salt and pepper; cook 10 minutes.
    If more soup is desired, add 1 more can of broth and 1/2 bouillon cube.
    Also can add zucchini or any other vegetable or noodles rather than beans.
    Makes about 6 servings.
