Spanakopita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and squeezed
    2 c. Jarlsberg cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 carton Ricotta cheese
    3 egg whites
    7 sheets phyllo
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic, in skillet sprayed with Pam, until tender (3 minutes).
    Combine with spinach, cheese and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
