Ima'S Tater Candy - cooking recipe

1 white tater, boiled tender in skin
1 1/2 boxes powdered sugah
peanut buttah
Preparation

Peel tater 'n mash thru a sieve...slowly add sugah while tater iz still hot...keep this heah up til you've got a stiff dough.
Roll this betwixt 2 sheets uv wax papur to bout 1/4-inch thickness...spread
wid a layer uv peanut buttah 'n roll up lak you duz a jelly roll...chill 'n slice.
