Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 jar sliced drained pimentos (optional)
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. green grapes, halved
    2 cantaloupes
Preparation
    Sprinkle lemon over chicken.
    Add celery, onion, salt, pepper, pimento and mayonnaise; toss.
    Toss with grapes.
    Hold almonds until last.
    Cover and chill (overnight is better but not required).
    Toss in almonds just before serving.
    Serve inside cantaloupe slices.
