Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation

Beat egg, then add milk and dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Use a funnel or spoon to drop into hot oil at 360\u00b0.
If batter is too thick for funnel, add small amount of milk for desired consistency.
Fry until lightly browned on both sides. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
