Frozen Banana Split Dessert(Club Member: Ben Steadman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    graham cracker crumbs
    4 to 5 bananas, sliced
    1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream (or any other flavor)
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Add sugar and milk. Cook at a rolling boil for 8 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs. Cover with bananas. Slice ice cream and place over bananas. Cover with cooled chocolate sauce. Freeze. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serves 12 to 16.
