Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular can heavy syrup crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch or plain flour (most of the time I use flour)
    pinch of salt
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and pinch of salt well.
    Add sour cream; mix well, then add the pineapple.
    Mix well. Cook in top of double boiler until thick, stirring until thick.
    Remove.
    Cool and add marshmallows. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. This is a very delightful and refreshing salad.
    Yummy also.
