Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium apples, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Arrange apples in a lightly oiled 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and oatmeal.
    Cut butter into mixture with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Spread over fruit. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
