Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 large onion
    2 to 3 carrots, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Pat out ground chuck in electric skillet to make crust.
    Salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, onion, carrots and cabbage.
    Add milk to cream of chicken soup.
    Spread over top.
    Cook on medium heat until hot.
    Then simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
    Melt cheese on top and serve.
