South Of The Border Stack Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    6 flour tortillas
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Colby cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Add onion, green pepper, seasoning mix and tomato sauce.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish:
    two tortillas, meat sauce and cheese. Repeat.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
