Best Ever Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    3/4 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients except sugar together; set aside.
    In processor, beat eggs with machine on slow.
    Add in order the oil, sugar, carrots, raisins, nuts, then dry ingredients.
    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 until done, 55 minutes in Bundt pan, less in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Frost when cool.
