Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. dates
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil together.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix soda and milk together; add alternately with dry ingredients.
You can use less spices if desired.
