Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add butter and mix until well blended. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. The bottom should be 1/4-inch deep and the sides about 1/2-inch. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Mix the filling while crust is baking.
