Chocolate Dipped Creams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. chocolate chips, melted
chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
Add vanilla.
Sift salt, cornstarch and flour together; blend into cream mixture.
Chill 2 to 3 hours, then shape into balls.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Dip the top of cookie into melted chocolate chips, then into the chopped nuts.
Cool cookies.
Makes 6 dozen cookies.
Cookies are very fragile.
